HPLC法同时测定复方活血胶囊中6种成分

目的建立HPLC法同时测定复方活血胶囊(赤芍、黄芪、怀牛膝等)中绿原酸、芍药苷、阿魏酸、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、苯甲酸、β-蜕皮甾酮的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Symmetry C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长240 nm。结果6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9993),平均加样回收率98.54%~100.03%,RSD 1.4%~2.2%。结论该方法准确稳定,可用于复方活血胶囊的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of six constituents in Compound Huoxue Capsules by HPLC

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid,calycosin-7-glucoside,carboxybenzene andβ-ecdysterone in Compound Huoxue Capsules(Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Astragali Radix,Achyranthis bidentatae Radix,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Waters Symmetry C 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9993),whose average recoveries were 98.54%-100.03%with the RSDs of 1.4%-2.2%.CONCLUSION This accurate and stable method can be used for the quality control of Compound Huoxue Capsules.
