紫杉醇过敏反应的临床观察与对策

目的：探讨预防和减少紫杉醇过敏反应发生的有效护理干预措施。方法：对75例静脉滴注紫杉醇的化疗病人进行用药前、用药时、用药后护理干预。结果：预防和减少了紫杉醇过敏反应的发生。8例紫杉醇过敏反应能及早发现，及时处理。结论：在静脉滴注紫杉醇化疗前应详细询问病人过敏史，进行过敏反应预防处理，用药过程中严密观察病人的生命体征及询问病人的临床反应，能预防和减少紫杉醇过敏反应发生，确保病人安全。

Clinical observation on taxol allergic reactions
