分期辨治加血栓通离子导入治疗视网膜静脉阻塞50例临床观察

目的：观察中医分期辨证论治加血栓通离子导入治疗视网膜静脉阻塞50例临床疗效。方法：治疗组选用分期辨证论治加血栓通离子导入，联合丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴治疗；对照组单纯使用丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴。观察患者治疗前后视力、眼底体征、FFA相关指标及整体疗效。结果：治疗后两组能提高视力、减轻视网膜出血水肿、改善视网膜循环，且治疗组优于对照组，治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为96%和68%，两组相比具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中医分期辨证论治加血栓通离子导入治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of retinal vein occlusion in TCM differentiation plus Xueshuan Tong

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of TCM differentiation plus Xueshuan Tong for retinal vein occlusion. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into control group, given Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection; treated group was given TCM differentiation plus Xueshuan Tong more. Observing visual acuity, fundus signs, FFA index and overall efficacy before and after treatment. Results： 2 therapies both can improve vision acuity and retinal circulation, reduce the retinal hemorrhage and edema; treated group was better than the control. The total efficacy in two groups was 96%and 68%, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM differentiation plus Xueshuantong were good at treating retinal vein occlusion.
