中频电穴位刺激治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的：观察中频电穴位刺激治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效方法：将2010年～2012年8月间收治于我院的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组100人，观察组采用中频电穴位刺激治疗，对照组对照组采用常规治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。同时记录治疗前后两组患者直腿抬高试验情况。结果：观察组总有效率为99．0％，对照组总有效率92．0％，观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。直腿抬高试验中，观察组疗效也明显优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）结论：中频电穴位刺激治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果明显，值得临床应用。

Treating lumbar disc herniation by IF electric acupoint stimulation

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation with IF electrical acupoint stimulation. Methods： 200 lumbar disc herniation patients admitted to our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with IF electrical acupoint stimulation treatment, the control group was treated with conventional therapy, comparing the treatment effects in the two groups. Recorded the situation for the elevation test of straight leg in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 99.0%, and 92.0% for the control group, the efficiency of the observation group was significant （P〈0.01） better than the control group. So did in the straight leg raising test. Conclusion： The efficacy was great for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by IF electrical acupoint stimulation.
