耳穴贴压加摩腹治疗功能性便秘临床观察

目的：观察耳穴贴压加摩腹治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：将功能性便秘患者70例随机分成两组，治疗组35例，采用耳穴贴压加摩腹治疗；对照组35例，采用口服番泻叶治疗。结果：治疗组治愈率62．9％，对照组是37．1％。两组间疗效差异存在非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：耳穴贴压加摩腹治疗组治疗效果明显优于药物组，耳穴贴压加摩腹疗法为治疗功能性便秘的简单有效方法。

Clinical observation On treating functional constipation by auricular acupressure plus massage abdomen

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating functional constipation by auricular acupressure plus massage abdomen. Methods： Randomly divided 70 functional constipation patients into two groups, the treatment group （35 cases） treated by auricular acupressure plus massage abdomen; the control group （35 cases） treated with senna. Results： In treatment group 62.9% was cured while the control group was 37.1%. Clinical differences between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. conclusion： Treating functional constipation by auricular acupressure plus massage abdomen made a better effect.
