浊毒致病论在现代中医病因学中的运用研究

本研究探讨了浊毒致病论的沿革,包括"浊"、"毒"的理论渊源、相互关系、浊毒致病的特征、浊毒的致病特点和浊毒证的临床表现,对浊毒致病论在现代中医病因学中的运用做了归纳总结,指出积湿成浊,浊郁化热,热蕴成毒,浊毒之邪深伏五脏六腑,最终形成繁杂的各脏器病理改变是诸病的病机关键。"浊毒"理论可以用于指导多种疾病的治疗,具有重要的应用价值,对于所有浊毒致病或符合浊毒证诊断的疾病,均可以采用相同或近似的治疗方法和药物进行诊治,充分体现了中医学辨证论治思想的精髓。
