独活寄生汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果评估

目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法:纳入本研究对象76例,按信封法分为对照组(38例,予以硫酸氨基葡萄糖片)及观察组(38例,予以独活寄生汤);比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组治疗后膝关节功能膝关节评分法(Knee Society Score,KSS)评分(74.50±11.51)分]高于对照组的(65.35±10.93)分,血清炎症因子低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix Metalloproteinase,MMP)-3、MMP-9低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床效果确切,关节功能改善明显,值得推广。

Efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on knee osteoarthritis

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction(独活寄生汤)on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:76 cases were divided into two groups,38 cases in each.The control group was given glucosamine sulfate tablets,and the observation group was given the Duhuo Jisheng decoction.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the KSS score of knee function was higher than that in the control group,and serum inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,MMP-3 and MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Duhuo Jisheng decoction on knee osteoarthritis shows good effects,can improved joint function,and is worthy of promotion.
