摘    要:目的:探讨不同的超滤模式对维持性血液透析患者的影响。方法:选择广州市红十字会医院血液净化中心及广州医科大学附属顺德医院2017年2月-2018年11月的160例维持性血液透析患者,随机分组,斜线超滤模式组给予斜线超滤,直线超滤模式组进行了直线超滤。比较两组满意占比;血液净化依从性;超滤前后血液净化指标、心功能和血压;血液净化并发症发生率。结果:斜线超滤模式组满意占比、血液净化指标、心功能和血压、血液净化依从性、血液净化并发症发生率对比直线超滤模式组有优势,P<0.05。结论:维持性血液透析患者实施斜线超滤可获得良好效果。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of different ultrafiltration modes on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:160 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the oblique line ultrafiltration mode group and the linear ultrafiltration mode group.The oblique line ultrafiltration mode group was given the oblique line ultrafiltration,and the linear ultrafiltration mode group was given the linear ultrafiltration.The satisfaction proportions,blood purification compliance,blood purification index,cardiac function and blood pressure before and after ultrafiltration and incidence of blood purification complication of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction ratio,blood purification index,heart function and blood pressure,blood purification compliance and blood purification complication rate of the oblique line ultrafiltration mode group were superior to that of the straight line ultrafiltration mode group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oblique ultrafiltration can achieve good results in maintenance dialysis patients.
