小柴胡汤加味方治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

目的:观察小柴胡汤加味方治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用口服孟鲁司特钠片治疗,试验组则在此基础上联合中药小柴胡汤加味方口服治疗。疗程为7 d。观察两组药物治疗前后症状体征积分情况,及治疗后的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前症状评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组症状评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤加味方治疗感染后咳嗽可以较快改善咳嗽症状,疗效显著,适合临床推广应用。

Efficacy of the Xiaochaihu decoction on cough after infection

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiaochaihu decoction(小柴胡汤)on cough after infection.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with oral montelukast sodium tablets,while the experimental group was given the Xiaochaihu decoction more.Results:The total clinical efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher(P﹤0.05).The symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaochaihu decoction can quickly improve the symptoms of cough after infection,with obvious curative effects,and is suitable for clinical application.
