| 摘 要： | 目的：观察真武汤加减治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将75例心力衰竭患者随机分为两组，治疗组49例，采用真武汤加减配合常规西医治疗；对照组26例，单用常规西医治疗。连续用药2周～1个月，观察两组治疗前后临床疗效。结果：治疗组加服真武汤与对照组相比，治疗效果明显提高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：真武汤加减配合西医治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating 49 cases of congestive heart failure with the Zhenwu decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating heart failure with the Zhenwu decoction. Methods： 93 cases of heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group 49 cases, were treated with Zhenwu decoction plus modem medicine; Control group 26 cases, a single treatment with conventional modem medicine. 2 weeks to 1 month, clinical efficacy was observed following treatment. Results： Compared with the control group, efficacy significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Zhenwu decoction plus modem medicine has significant effect on treating heart failure. |
