清肝利胆方治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎76例疗效观察

目的:观察清肝利胆方治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将152例肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各76例,对照组给予托尼萘酸片治疗,观察组给予清肝利胆方治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组总显效率76.32%明显优于对照组的44.74%,观察组复发率1.72%低于对照组的20.59%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肝利胆方治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎,清肝利胆、护正顾本,综合疗效优异,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Clinical observation on treating 76 cases of hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis by Qinggan Lidan recipe

Objective： To observe the effect on treating hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis by Qinggan Lidan recipe. Methods： 152 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 76 cases in each, the control group was given tolynicate and naphthylacetic acid tablets, the observation group was given Qinggan Lidan recipe, compare the curative effect of two groups. Results： The total efficiency of observation group 76.32% was better than the control group 44.74%, observation group the recurrence rate was 1.72% lower than 20.59% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating Hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis by Qinggan Lidan recipe, the comprehensive curative effect good, worthy of further clinical study.
