| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中医综合治疗缺血性脑中风的临床疗效。方法：随机选取2010年5月～2012年5月入住我院治疗的76例缺血性脑中风患者，将其分为实验组与参照组，每组各38例。参照组给予西医综合治疗，实验组给予中医综合治疗，两组的疗程均为28d。1个疗程后，观察两组患者的神经功能缺损评分及生活质量指数的变化情况。结果：实验组的神经功能缺损评分及生活质量指数变换均明显优于参照组，两组比较具有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论：中医综合治疗缺血性脑中风，疗效显著，值得推广。

A clinical efficacy analysis of treating ischemic stroke in TCM comprehensive |

| Abstract: | Objective： To research the effect of the TCM comprehensive on treating ischemic stroke. Methods： 76 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital fxom May 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 38 in each group. The control group was given modem medicine comprehensive treatment, the experimental group was given TCM comprehensive treatment. The two groups were treated for 28 days. After 1 courses of treatment, neurological deficit score and quality of life index changes of the two groups were observed. Results： Neurological deficit score and quality of life index changes of experimental group significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM comprehensive treatment is significantly effective on treating ischemic stroke, worthy of a wide clinical application. |
