独活寄生汤治疗52例膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效

目的：观察独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果,并进行分析。方法：选取52例膝关节骨性关节炎随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例,其中治疗组根据辨证使用独活寄生汤加减进行治疗,对照组给于口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,各治疗2个疗程,观察治疗后效果和副作用。结果：治疗组总有效率为88.46%,对照组治总有效率为69.23%,两组治疗效果相比,治疗组明显高于对照组,P〈0.01,具有可比性。两组治疗过程中均无副作用出现。结论：使用独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能够有效减少骨性疼痛,恢复关节活动功能,并且无副作用,值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy on treating 52 cases of knee osteoarthritis with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of treating knee osteoarthritis with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the clinical effects were analyzed.Methods:52 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group,each for 26 cases,the treated group was treated with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the control group was given oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,each for two courses of treatment,observed the clinical effects and side effects.Results:The total effective rate of the treated was 88.46%,and was 69.23% of the control group,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the treated group was significantly higher(P<0.01).No side effects occur in the course of treatment.Conclusion:The Duhuo Jisheng decoction could reduce bone pain;restore joint function,and no side effects,worthy of promotion.
