广东135例艾滋病病毒携带者、艾滋病患者症候群与病位的相关研究

目的探讨广东艾滋病病毒携带者、艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)在中医临床症状、体征以及病位(脏腑定位)上的分布规律。方法对2009年9月至2010年5月之间广州市第八人民医院门诊部的HIV/AIDS病人,进行中医症候资料的调查、采集与分析。结果 HIV/AIDS患者症候群:以情绪抑郁、健忘、烦躁、乏力、咽干口燥、腰膝酸痛、失眠、性欲减退为主,出现率均在40%以上;舌象:舌苔以白腻、薄黄为主;舌质以红舌、齿痕舌、瘀斑舌多见;脉象:多表现为复合脉,以含有弦脉特征的最多,其次为滑脉、数脉、细脉等;病位:全身、心系、肝系、肾系症状的出现率较高,且不同性别、不同年龄段的脏腑病位有一定的差异性,女性患者在肝系的出现率明显较男性高,40岁以上患者肾系的出现率高于40岁以下者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病位以肝、心脑、肾等多见,HIV/AIDS患者的性别、年龄对病位有一定影响,提示临床辨证治疗时应将其纳入思考。

Investigation of TCM symptoms and disease location in 135 HIV/AIDS patients of Guangdong

Objective To investigate the distribution rule of TCM symptoms,signs and disease location（Visceral Syndrome in TCM）in HIV / AIDS patients of Guangdong.Methods 135 HIV/AIDS patients were investigated,the data were analyzed with frequencies and one-way ANOVA.Results The mainly TCM symptoms were ：depression,forgetfulness,irritability,fatigue,dry mouth and throat,waist and knee pain,insomnia,hyposexuality,the emergence rate in more than 40%.The coat of the tongue was mainly white greasy and thin yellow.Much performance as the composite pulse,to contain the characteristics of the string-like pulse most,then was slippery pulse,number of veins,veinlets,and so on.Disease at systemic,cardiovascular system,hepatobiliary,and renal department were more likely to be found,and there was a difference in the distribution of disease location in different gender and age,the emergence rate of female patients in hepatobiliary was significantly higher than that of male patients,and patients over 40 years of age in kidney department was more than those under the age of 40,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The most frequently involved location were liver,heart,brain,kidney,and the gender,the age of the HIV / AIDS patients had an influence on the disease location,suggesting that the clinical TCM syndrome diagnosis and treatment should be incorporated into their thinking.
