基于数据挖掘的健脾消渴方治疗2型糖尿病临床特点与规律分析

目的采用数据挖掘技术对健脾消渴方治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床病例资料进行数据分析,以探讨与总结健脾消渴方治疗T2DM的特点及规律。方法收集健脾消渴方治疗T2DM的689份病例,将其录入到名老中医网中,运用"种子概念"方法对症状信息进行自动化提取,利用统计功能对其进行数据挖掘。结果健脾消渴方治疗的T2DM中,症状复杂多变,以口渴、乏力、多尿、肢体麻木、消瘦症状最常见;用药频率较高的前三位是生黄芪、天花粉、黄连,分别占92.4%、83.5%、75.4%;四气以寒性、温性药为主,分别占41%、32%;五味以甘味药、苦味药、辛味药为主,分别占34.60%、32.70%、17.30%,性味合参,寒温并用,甘苦并用;发病年龄以中老年人居多,50~60岁年龄段占比最高,达35.23%;病程较长,以5~10年者最多,占35.10%。结论健脾消渴方以健脾益气,清热活血为治疗大法,主治"气阴两虚,热瘀互结"型T2DM。

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics and Regularity of Jianpi Xiaoke Recipe Treating T2DM Based on Data Mining

Objective To analyze the clinical data of T2 DM treated by Jianpi Xiaoke Recipe by data mining technology and explore and summarize the characteristics and regularity of treating T2 DM.Methods A total of 689 cases of T2 DM were treated with Jianpi Xiaoke Recipe.They were recorded into the famous Chinese medicine network.The"seed concept"method was used to automatically extract the symptom information,and the data was mined by statistical function.Results For T2 DM patients treated with Jianpi Xiaoke Recipe,the symptoms were complex and variable.The symptoms including thirst,fatigue,polyuria,limb numbness and weight loss were the most common.The top three drugs were Astragalus membranaceus,trichosanthin and Coptidis Rhizoma and they accounted for 92.4%,83.5%and 75.4%,respectively.Four natures of drugs were mainly cold and warm,accounting for 41%and 32%,respectively.The five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,accounting for 34.60%,32.70%and 17.30%,respectively.The age of onset was mostly middle-aged and elderly and the highest proportion was 50~60 years old,up to 35.23%.The course of the disease is longer and the most was 5~10 years,accounting for 35.10%.Conclusion Jianpi Xiaoke Recipe is used to invigorate spleen and replenish Qi,clear heat and promote blood circulation and it is mainly used to treat T2 DM with"Qi and Yin deficiency as well as heat and blood stasis".
