| 摘 要： | 《理虚元鉴》是明末医家汪绮石论治虚劳的专著,该书具有鲜明的学术特色。在病因上重视情志因素,在病机上倡虚火、伏火致病学说,治疗上依三本二统,尤其重培补脾胃,重视预防,强调虚劳当治其未成,该书对临床慢性虚损性疾病辨治颇具指导意义。

| Abstract: | LiXu YuanJian(Differentiaion theory on Original Asthenia-syndrome)which was written by Wang Qishi,a physician in later Ming dynasty,specially talked on asthenia syndrome.It highly stressed on the emotional factors in pathogen and advocated te asthenia fire and latent fire in pathogenesis.Treatment of asthenia syndrome relied on the three bases and two governors,especially emphasizing on the spleen and stomach,and described that asthenia syndrome should be treated before it formed.This book played an important role in guiding the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of clinical chronic consumptive diseases. |
