| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨复方降脂胶囊对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法 采用高脂饮食法建立高脂血症大鼠模型。治疗组给予复方降脂胶囊，对照组给予血脂康，观察治疗后血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）的变化，并观察肝脏的组织学变化。结果 复方降脂胶囊能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL水平（P〈0．01），且优于血脂康对照组（P〈0．05）。病理学表明，复方降脂胶囊治疗组大鼠肝脏无明显脂肪变性。结论 复方降脂胶囊可降低血脂，减轻肝脏脂肪变性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Jiangzhi Compound capsule in treating hyperlipidemia in rats models. Methods The rat model of hyperlipidemia was established with high fat diet. The effect of Jiangzhi Compound capsule upon the serum total triglyceride(TG),cholestero(lTC),high density lipoprotein (HDL), and low density lipoprotein(LDL) was observed and contrasted with Xuezhikang. And the pathological changes of liver tissue were also observed. Results Compared with the Xuezhikang group, serum levels of TG,TC and LDL were all significantly decreased and no remarkably changes of fatty liver were observed in the Jiangzhi Compound Capsule group( p<0.05). Conclusions Jiangzhi Compound Capsule can obviously reduce blood lipid and decrease the pathological changes. |
