散血明目片联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效观察

目的：观察应用散血明目片联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法：选择确诊为重度非增生性及增生性的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者81例（141只眼）并随机分组、对照治疗。根据FFA结果行标准全视网膜光凝，有临床意义的黄斑水肿者先行黄斑部格栅样或局灶性光凝，再行全视网膜光凝。药物联合激光组41例（72只眼），光凝后口服散血明目片，连续3月；单纯激光组40例（69只眼）采用单纯光凝治疗。结果：药物联合激光组有效率为91．7％，优于单纯激光组的79．7％（P〈0．05）。药物联合激光组视力提高和不变率为90.3％，优于单纯激光组的76．8％（P〈0．05）。结论：散血明目片联合激光治疗可有效地治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy With Sanxuemingmu Tablet and Laser

Objective： To observe the effect of Sanxuemingmu tablet and laser on diabetic retinopathy. Methods： Eighty-one patients（141 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups,drugs together with laser group with 41 patients（72 eyes） took Sanxuemingmu tablet orally after laser therapy, taking 3 monthes successivly, pure laser group wih 40 patients（69 eyes） were only treated with laser. Results： The effective rate was 91.7% in drugs together with laser group, 79.7% in pure laser group, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, so did sight improving and unvaried rate. Conclusion： Sanxuemingmu tablet together with laser can effectively treat diabetic retinopathy.
