穴位注射灯盏细辛注射液对缺血中风恢复期血液流变学和肢体功能的影响

目的运用血海穴穴位注射灯盏细辛注射液与传统针灸结合促进和加快肢体功能康复,并运用现代生物化学方法观察其对血液流变学相关指标的影响。方法将符合选择标准的60例缺血性中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取灯盏细辛注射液穴位注射血海穴为主,对照组采用生理盐水穴位注射血海穴为空白对照,两组同时采用针刺治疗。治疗前后采用改良的Fugl-Meyer肢体综合功能评分表、Barthel指数量表及神经功能对两组的临床疗效进行评定。并检测血液流变学各项指标,最后进行统计学处理与分析。结果运用Fugl-Meyer肢体综合功能评分及Barthel指数分值及血液流变学主要检测指标对治疗前后疗效评价有非常显著的改善,且治疗组的疗效优于对照组。治疗组和对照组治疗前后血小板聚集率经统计学处理无统计学意义。结论灯盏细辛注射液穴位注射血海穴治疗缺血性中风对肢体功能和神经功能的改善具有非常良好的疗效。可降低血液流变学的指标,对患者血小板聚集率没有显著影响。

Effect of Acupoint Injection with Erigeron Injection to Xuehai Point(SP10) on Hemorheology and Limb Function in Convalescence Period of Ischemic Stroke

Objective This study is that Acupoint injection with erigeron injection to Xuehai point(SP10) and traditional acupuncture combine with exaltation curative effect,promote with speed body function rehabilitation,and make use of modern biochemistery method observe its influence for the related index sign of hemorheology.Method According to the diagnosis standards and Chinese symptom standards,60 patients with Ischemic Stroke were randomly divided into treated group(n=30) and control group(n=30).They were treated by point injection at cervical Xuehai point(SP10) and traditional body acupuncture respectively for 30 days as one therapeutic course.Point injection:choose Xuehai point,using 5ml injector pump 4ml erigeron injection.The injection of the control group is changed by 4ml 0.9% NaCl injection,another is sample body acupuncture.The two sides of acupoints are pricked.Point injection were treated every two day,acupuncture every day,four weeks as one course,each week has one day break,and treat 1 coursestotally.We adopts Fugl-Meyer balance accumulated points of limb and Barthel index to carry on assess to clinical curative effect of two group in the treatment of front and back.And to observe the quality of hemorheology before and after the treatment.At last,to statistic analyze the data.Result Curative effect:after one courses of treatment,two groups both have good curative effect (P<0.01),the treated group’s Fugl-Meyer balance accumulated points of limb and Barthel index is higher than the control group.Of 2 groups curative effect comparison,P<0.05,total efficient comparison,P<0.05,the curative effect of the treatment group surpasses a matched control.The quality of hemorheology reduced in both groups after one courses of treatment,it has obvious difference analyzed by statistics (P<0.01),the quality of some sign of hemorheology with the control group is not Obviously change,(P>0.05).The quality of PAgT(ADP) is not Obviously change in two groups after one courses of treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection with erigeron injection to Xuehai point(SP10) in patients with ischemic stroke have remarkable effect on the clinical therapeutic for lower limb function.Both the treated group and the control group can decrease the quality of hemorheology in blood.The treatment can’t affect the quality of PAgT(ADP) of patients with ischemic stroke.
