| 摘 要： | 目的观察热敏灸联合三伏贴治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例患者,随机分为两组,分别为治疗组30例(热敏灸联合三伏贴),对照组30例(三伏贴),观察及对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论热敏灸联合三伏贴能提高脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的临床疗效,并且能有效缓解其临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of heat sensitive moxibustion and dog days paste on stomachache due to deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach .Methods Totally 60 eligible subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group , with 30 cases in each group .The control group was intervened by dog days paste , while the treatment group was intervened by the combination of heat sensitive moxibustion and dog days paste .Results The total effective rate the treatment group was 93.3% versus 70.0%of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The combination of heat sensitive moxibustion and dog days paste can effectively enhance the clinical effect , and relieve the clinical symptom of stomachache due to deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach . |
