| 摘 要： | 董尚朴教授认为慢性前列腺炎病机复杂多变,基本归结为湿浊下注、热毒侵袭、湿热蕴结、肝郁气滞、瘀血阻络、脾虚气陷、肾气不足、脾肾阳虚等8个方面,病机特点是邪实者多而本虚者少。

| Abstract: | Prof. DONG Shang-pu holds that chronic prostatitis has a complicated and changeable pathogenesis mainly including dampness turbidity flowing down, heat-toxicity invasion, damp heat accumulation, stagnation of qi due to depression of liver, obstruc-tion of collaterals by blood stasis, sinking of qi due to deficiency of the spleen, deficiency of kidney qi, and spleen-kidney yang defi-ciency, which are characterized by more excess of pathogen and less deficiency in origin. |
