| 摘 要： | 冠心病是目前全球最常见的死亡原因之一,是严重威胁人类健康的一类常见疾病,中西医结合是我国医疗体系中的特色,中药、西药联合运用在临床实践中应用非常普遍,但对于中西药联用的交互作用机制尚不十分明确,深入研究冠心病中药、西药交互作用分析方法,明确冠心病中西药联用的交互作用,有助于形成中西医结合干预临床疗效评价的新方法,从而能够更好地指导临床规范用药。

| Abstract: | Coronary heart disease (CHD) is one of the most common cause of death in the global, and it is a kind of common disease that seriously threats to human health. Integrated traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine is characteristic of Chinese medical system. Combined application of Chinese medicine and western medicine is very common, but the interaction mechanism of that is not very clear. Further studying analysis methods of Chinese and western medicine combined interation in treating CHD to specify the interaction of it can develop new methods of evaluating integrated Chinese and western medicine intervention of clinical efficacy, so as to better guide the clinical standard medication. |
