精准医学背景下癌因性疲乏中医辨治的策略

癌因性疲乏（CRF）是肿瘤患者普遍存在的一种在生理、情感和认知层面上以主观疲劳感为表现的病症。本团队在中医药改善CRF的文献和临床研究中感受到中医干预CRF具有理论优势及较好的临床疗效。基于精准医学时代CRF病理机制的特点，可认为中医的整体观念和辨证论治理念尤为契合CRF病机复杂多变的特点及个体化诊疗的需求，中医辨治CRF具有理论丰富、理念先进、方式多样的优势。同时依据现有的证据从传统的宏观辨治到兼顾适合精准医学时代背景的微观辨治2个方面探索中医辨治CRF策略，为传承中医辨治CRF的优势，适应时代发展，优化辨治内容，提高临床疗效提供思路。

Strategy for Traditional Chinese Medicine Differentiation and Treatment of Cancer-related Fatigue in the Era of Precision Medicine

Cancer-related fatigue(CRF) is a subjective distressing feeling of tiredness or exhaustion among cancer patients in physiological,emotional,and cognitive aspects.Our research team has been shocked by the theoretical and clinical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in managing CRF in literature and clinical studies.Based on the characteristics of the pathological mechanism of CRF in the era of precision medicine,this paper believed that the concept of holism and the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM were particularly suitable for the complex and changeable characteristics of CRF pathogenesis and the needs of the era of individualized diagnosis and treatment.TCM differentiation and treatment of CRF had the advantages of rich theories,advanced concepts,and diverse methods.In addition,this paper tried to explore strategies for TCM differentiation and treatment of CRF from the traditional macro-diagnosis and treatment to the micro-diagnosis and treatment in the era of precision medicine according to existing evidence.It aimed to provide new ideas for inheriting the advantages of TCM treating CRF based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,responding to the call of the times,optimizing the differentiation and treatment content,and improving clinical efficacies.
