基于TLR4信号通路探讨中药防治心血管疾病的机制研究进展

心血管疾病已成为世界范围内的首要致死原因之一。其中天然免疫应答介导的炎症反应近年来成为心血管疾病的研究重点，TLR4是关键的免疫应答通路，可以激活多种炎症介质释放，引起炎症反应，在心血管疾病发生发展中起重要作用。研究表明，中药在防治心血管疾病中具有明显的优势，其防治机制可能与调节TLR4信号分子、抑制炎症损伤有关。现以TLR4信号通路为切入点，探讨中药通过TLR4防治心血管疾病的机制，对心血管疾病的发病机制及中医药防治心血管疾病的作用机制的深入研究提供参考。

Review of Research Progress on the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing and Treating Cardiovascular Diseases Based on TLR4 Signaling Pathway

Cardiovascular disease has become one of the leading causes of death worldwide.Among them,the inflammatory response mediated by innate immune response has become the focus of cardiovascular disease research in recent years.TLR4 is a key immune response pathway,which can activate the release of a variety of inflammatory factors,cause inflammation,and play an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease.Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and its prevention mechanism may be related to the regulation of TLR4 signaling molecules and the inhibition of inflammatory damage.This paper takes TLR4 signaling pathway as an entry point to explore the mechanism of Chinese medicinal to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases through TLR4,and provide references for in-depth research on the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.
