| 摘 要： | 胃壁脓肿是罕见的胃部化脓性感染,分为局限型和弥漫型。本文通过报道1例误诊为胃间质瘤的局限型胃壁脓肿,总结分析鉴别诊治思路,具有一定的临床应用价值。
