双蒲散对大鼠慢性胃溃疡愈合质量及抗复发的影响

目的]研究双蒲散对实验性大鼠慢性胃溃疡（GU）愈合质量及抗复发的影响，并探讨其可能机制。方法]采用乙酸注射至大鼠浆膜下形成慢性GU模型，随机分为模型组、雷尼替丁组、双蒲散组，分别灌服0．85％氯化钠、雷尼替丁及双蒲散。结果]双蒲散组溃疡指数（UI）、扩张腺体数和炎细胞数目明显低于模型组和雷尼替丁组，再生黏膜厚度、胃黏膜超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）及前列腺素E2（PGE2）水平显著高于模型组和雷尼替丁组，丙二醛（MDA）水平明显低于模型组和雷尼替丁组（均P〈0．01，〈0．05）。结论]双蒲散可提高GU愈合质量，减少溃疡复发。其机制可能是通过增加胃黏膜组织PGE2和SOD水平，降低MDA水平，促进黏膜修复而实现的。

Effect of Shuangpu powder on the healing quality and anti-recurrence of chronic gastric ulcer in rats

Objective]To study the effect of Shuangpu powder on the healing quality and antirecurrence of chronic gastric ulcer in rats, and to investigate the potential mechanism. Methods] Chronic gastric ulcer in rats were induced with injecting acetic acid to the stomach subserosa. The rats were randomly divided into model control group , ranitidine group and Shuangpu powder group. Each groups were intragastricly administrated with physiological saline water , ranitidine group and Shuangpu powder respectively. Results] In the Shuangpu powder group, the index of the ulcer, the number of cystically dilated glands and inflammation cells was significantly lower than that in the model control group and ranitidine group（P〈0. 01, 〈0. 05）;in the Shuangpu powder group the regenerated mucosal thickness increased remarkably than those in the model control group and ranitidine group（P〈0. 01, 〈0.05）. The superoxide dismutase（SOD）and prostaglandinE2 （PGE2） contents in gastric mucosa in the Shuangpu powder group increased signifi- cantly than that of model control group and ranitidine group（P〈0.01, 〈0.05）. The malonyl dialdehyde（MDA）contents in gastric mucosa in the Shuangpu powder group decreased significantly than that of model control group and ranitidine group（P〈0. 01,〈0. 05）. Conclusion ]Shuang Pu Powder can improve the quality of ulcer healing and decrease its recurrence in rats. Its mechanism is proberbly due to the increase of SOD,PGF2and decrease of MDA in gastric mucosa, and promotes the gastric mucosa repairing.
