接诊心脏事件的季节和时间分布分析

对2001年急症科接诊的心脏病患者的发病季节、时间进行了统计分析。结果显示高发季节为3～4月份和10～11月份,高峰就诊时间多为19时8分至23时8分。认为了解心脏事件发生的季节和昼夜规律,有利于医护人员提前向患者提供必要的预防保健措施,适时安排抢救物品,以提高抢救成功率。

Analysis for seasons and times of the occurrence of heart incidents

To make further understanding of the regularity of occurrence of heart incidents from January toDecember 2001,seasons and times of the occurrence of 318 cases of heart incidents were studied. Results showedthat the high incidence season in a year were March to April and October to November. High incidence times in aday were from 19: 08 to 23: 08. It's concluded that the occurrence of heart incidents has its regularity in seasonsand times. Making well understanding of the regulation is benefit to providing preventive measures to patients,to preparing resuscitation apparatus and to raising the rate of success in rescuing of heart incidents.
