NGF神经鞘膜内注射对断指再植术后伤指感觉功能恢复的影响

目的探讨神经生长因子（NGF）神经鞘内注射对断指再植术后伤指感觉功能恢复的疗效。方法将行断指再植术的39例（45指）随机分为NGF组（19例21指）和对照组（20例24指）。两组均行断指再植术,NGF组于10倍显微镜下吻合伤指神经外膜后,在近端神经鞘膜内注射NGF 7.5μg;对照组不予注射。术后随访3、6个月,测试两组伤指指端两点分辨觉。结果 NGF组伤指感觉功能恢复明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 NGF神经鞘膜内注射有助于断指再植术后伤指感觉功能恢复。

Effect of intrathecal administration of mouse nerve growth factor on sensory function restoration after replantation of amputated finger

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of intrathecal administration of mouse nerve growth factor（NGF） on sensory function restoration after replantation of amputated finger.Methods Thirth-night cases with 45 replantation fingers were randomly divided into the NGF group（21 fingers of 19 cases） and the control group（24 fingers of 20 cases）.In the NGF group,7.5 μg NGF was injected between epineurium and endoneurium under the 10 times microscope.The data of sensory function was measured with 3-month and 6-month follow up.Result The effect of NGF group was better than that of control group both in the 6th and 12th month（P all〈0.05）.Conclusion NGF can significantly enhance the recovery of sensory function after replantation of amputated finger.
