| 摘 要： | CD4 CD25 调节性T细胞(CD4 CD25 Treg)是一种表型和功能特异的T细胞亚群,它在抑制自身免疫性疾病的发生,诱导机体免疫耐受机制中发挥着重要作用。研究CD4 CD25 Treg在支气管哮喘中的功能机制,对阐明哮喘的发病机制及探索疾病免疫治疗方面有重要意义。

| Abstract: | CD4 CD25 Treg is a subpopulation of T cells with the specific phenotype and function.It plays an important part in suppressing autoimmune diseases and eliciting immune tolerance in vivo.The researches on CD4 CD25 Treg in the bronchial asthma can further illuminate the pathogenesis of asthma and explore the immunotherapy method for patients. |
