| 摘 要： | 本文以尿白蛋白排泄率作为糖尿病肾病早期检测指标，用临床流行病学方法对１３０例单纯糖尿病及６８例早期及临床期ＤＮ进行病例对照试验，以探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病发生的危险因素。结果表明：血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白及胆固醇升高与ＤＮ发生有关；而肥胖及甘油三酯升高与ＤＮ发生无关。由此证明，Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病系多因素作用结果。

| Abstract: | To identify risk factors for the development of diabetic nephropathy (DN), urine albumin excretion rate (UAER) was regarded as an early marker and predicator for DN. Patients suffered from non-insulin-dependent diabetic mellitus (NIDDM) with incipient and apparent DN (68 cases) were compared with patients without DN (130 controls) by the method of clinical epidemiology. Stratified analysis indicated that development of DN were correlated with blood pressure, blood sugar concertration, glycosylated haemoglobin and plasma cholesterol, but not with marked obesity and elevated plasma triglycerides. These results support a multifactorial model for DN development. |
