| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘦素抵抗（LR）对糖尿病中风后遗症的作用与临床意义。方法选择30例病人（观察组）进行血清瘦素（LEP）与观察组胰岛素水平测定,并作相关分析,同时与正常健康人（对照组）比较。结果观察组瘦素水平为（9.85±4.83）μg/L,明显高于对照组的（3.94±2.26）μg/L;胰岛素水平为（16.27±4.63）mIU/L,与对照组的（9.59±2.84）mIU/L比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论高瘦素血症/瘦素抵抗可能是糖尿病中风后遗症的病理特征之一,在其康复中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between leptin resistance and sequela with diabetic apoplexy. Methods Levels of serum leptin, insulin were determined with radioimmunoassay in patients (n=30 ) and control group.Results The levels of serum leptin in patients were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The serum leptin were positively correlated to insulin levels (r=0.58, P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of leptin in patients with sequela and diabetic apoplexy indicated that leptin resistance might be a factor in the pathogenesis of this disease and play an important role in rehabilitation. |
