| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心肌梗死相关的心电图P波异常对急性心肌梗死患者的影响。方法 选择 110例老年初发急性Q波心肌梗死患者 ,根据是否有新出现的心电图P波的异常分为 :P波正常组 34例 ,P波异常组 76例。所有患者均行超声心动图、冠状动脉造影等检查 ,观察 12个月再梗死及死亡率。结果 心电图P波异常组三支病变多见 (P<0 .0 1) ,左室射血分数 <40 %者多见 (P <0 .0 1) ;12个月时再发心肌梗死率 9.2 % ,死亡率 6 .6 % ,而P波正常组无再发心肌梗死及死亡病例。结论 新出现的心电图P波异常可能为影响老年急性Q波心肌梗死预后的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of abnormal P wave of electrocardiogram on acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods 110 elderly cases suffering from AMI were divided into two groups according to the new changes in P wave of electrocardiogram,i.e.,group Ⅰ (abnormal P wave) consisting of 76 cases and group Ⅱ (normal P wave) 34.All cases underwent the following examinations: echocardiography,coronary angiography.Results Triple vessel lesion and cases with low left ventricle ejection fraction (<40%)were more common in group Ⅰ than in group Ⅱ (P<0.01);the reinfarction rate and the mortality in 12 months were higher in group Ⅰ than in group Ⅱ (9.2% vs 0%,6.6% vs 0%).Conclusion Abnormal P wave of ECG may be an important factor affecting the prognosis of elderly patients with AMI. |
