| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病的主要特征是慢性胰岛素抵抗和胰腺β细胞功能进行性下降.胰岛β细胞凋亡在2型糖尿病的发病中扮演了重要角色.导致2型糖尿病患者β细胞凋亡增加的主要原因为糖毒性、脂毒性、糖脂毒性的协同作用以及胰岛淀粉样多肽的沉积.针对β细胞凋亡原因进行的各种研究可以为2型糖尿病的临床治疗提供新途径.

| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes is characterized by a progressive decline in beta-cell function and chronic insulin resistance. Islet beta-cell apeptosis plays an essential role in the onset of diabetes. In the patients with type 2 diabetes, the increasing beta-cell apoptosis mainly ascribes to glucotoxicity, lipotoxicity, addictive effect of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, as well as deposit of islet amyloid polypeptide in islets. Studies of cau-ses of beta-cell failure can provide new approaches for clinical therapy. |
