| 摘 要： | 随着经济发展和生活方式的改变,糖尿病已经成为我国面临的一个重大公共卫生问题。目前我国60岁以上的老年糖尿病患病率已经超过20%,老年糖尿病患者的病程、并发症、合并症特点以及预期寿命均与非老年患者不同,治疗应高度个体化。生活方式干预仍为基本措施,血糖的控制应以不出现低血糖事件为前提,同时重视血压、血脂等代谢指标的综合控制,提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Along with the economic development and life-style changes,diabetes has become a major public health issue in China.At present,the prevalence of diabetes has been over 20% among the elderly aged above 60.The disease course,complications and comorbidities as well as life expectancy in patients with geriatric diabetes may differ from those in younger patients.Management of geriatric diabetes should therefore be highly individualized.Lifestyle modification remains a basic intervention,and blood glucose control... |
