高氟区孕妇体内氟水平与胎儿股骨改变率间关系探讨

本文以地方性氟中毒病区51名孕妇及其引产胎儿为研究对象。用氟电极法检测母体尿、血、脐带血、羊水的氟水平。同时对51例胎儿股骨全部进行了光镜观察,并分析了不同氟水平下胎儿股骨的病理改变率。结果表明,胎儿股骨的病理改变率随母体尿、血、羊水的氟水平增加而升高。当尿氟低于1.8ppm、母血氟低于0.93ppm、羊水氟低于0.018ppm 时,无胎儿股骨病理改变发生。当母尿氟高于4.0ppm、血氟高于1.3ppm、羊水氟高于0.07ppm 时,病理改变率分别为66.7%,63.2%,61.1%,RR 值各为12.7,7.6和5.5。研究结果提示,胎儿股骨病理改变率受母体氟水平影响,故可以用母体氟水平估测氟对胎儿有无影响。

A study about the relationship between the fluoride level in the pregnating women and the change rate of femur in fetuses

A study about the relationship beteween the fluoride level in the pregnatingwomen and the change rate of femur in fetuses was carried out in 1988,51fetuses were taken by abortion from women who were pregnating 16-38 weeks,20-40 ages at the endemic fluorosis areas.The fluoride level in urine,maternaland cord blood,amniotic fluid was tested with fluoride electrode,the patholo-gic changes of femur in fetuses were examined with the light microscope.Theresults showed that the pathologic change rate of femur was arised with increa-sing of the fluoride level of urine,maternal and cord blood,and amniotic fluid. When the fluoride level in the urine,maternal blood,amniotic fluid wasunder 1.8,0.93,0.018 ppm respectively,there were no pathologic changes offemur in fetuses.When the fluoride level was over 4.0 ppm in urine,1.3ppmin maternal blood,0.07ppm in amniotic fluid,the pathologic change rate was66.7%,63.2%,61.1%,and RR value was 12.7,7.6,5.5 respectively.Itsuggested that the fluoride level of urine,maternal blood,amniotie fluid canbe used to estimate the effect on fetuses.
