摘    要:脓毒症患者的病死率据统计高达25%~30%,居重症监护病房患者死亡原因的首位。研究证实,内皮细胞作为脓毒症众多发病机制的重要组成部分严重影响着疾病的进展。脓毒症时失控的炎症反应破坏了内皮细胞的生理性凝血调节机制,甚至导致弥散性血管内凝血的发生,大大增加了患者的死亡率。本文综述了脓毒症时受损的内皮细胞对凝血调节机制的影响,旨在通过检测患者体内相关的生物标志物来帮助临床医师评估患者病情,从而降低病死率。

Abstract:The mortality rate of patients with sepsis is as high as 25 % 30 %, ranking first in the death cause of patients in intensive care unit. Studies have confirmed that endothelial cells, as an important component of many pathogenesis of sepsis, seriously affect the progression of the disease. The uncontrolled inflammatory response in sepsis destroys the physiological coagulation regulation mechanism of endothelial cells, and even leads to the occurrence of disseminated intravascular coagulation, which greatly increases the mortality of patients. This article reviews the effects of endothelial cells damaged by sepsis on the mechanism of blood coagulation regulation. It aims to help clinicians assess the condition of patients by detecting relevant bio markers in patients, thereby reducing the mortality rate.
