| 摘 要： | 1993年结核病被世界卫生组织宣布为"全球公共卫生紧急事件"。在复杂和严峻的大背景下,世界卫生组织发布了耐药结核病治疗整合指南(2020年版),相信有助于加速推动终止结核病策略的进程,扭转当前耐药结核病防治的被动局面。本文分别从异烟肼耐药结核病、含贝达喹啉全口服短程方案治疗耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)和利福平耐药结核病(RR-TB)、长程方案治疗MDR/RR-TB、贝达喹啉-普托马尼(PA-824)-利奈唑胺新方案、治疗反应监测、人类免疫缺陷病毒阳性耐药结核病患者的抗逆转录病毒治疗、外科治疗及耐药患者的关怀和支持等方面进行解读,供读者借鉴。

| Abstract: | Tuberculosis has been declared"global public health emergencies"by the World Health Organization(WHO).In a complex and severe context,WHO has issued the consolidated guidelines on drug-resistant tuberculosis treatment(2020 edition),which is believed to help accelerate the process of end tuberculosis strategy,and reverse the current passive situation on the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis.In order to use for reference for peers,this article individually interprets the regimens for isoniazid-resistant tuberculosis,shorter all-oral bedaquiline-containing regimens for multidrug-resistant/rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis(MDR/RR-TB),longer regimens for MDR/RR-TB,the BPaL regimen,antiretroviral therapy,surgery for MDR-TB,and care and support for patients with MDR-TB. |
