摘    要:海水吸入型肺损伤是航海科考作业和军事任务中常见的意外事故。海水独特理化性质易造成严重肺部炎症损伤。目前对海水吸入型肺损伤发病机制和修复机制尚不明确,治疗难度较大。肺泡巨噬细胞作为肺免疫系统主要细胞和肺炎症环境的重要组成,是急性肺损伤的重要屏障和肺组织修复的重要机制环节。Wnt/β-catenin通路是参与组织重塑、细胞迁移及创伤修复的重要途径。有研究认为肺泡巨噬细胞与Wnt/β-catenin通路在海水吸入型肺损伤的发病机制和修复过程中均有重要作用。本文对相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Seawater drowning induced acute lung injury(SWD-ALI)is a common accident in marine scientific research operations and military missions.Due to the unique physical and chemical properties of seawater,it can easily cause complications such as severe lung inflammation and acute respiratory distress syndrome.At present,the pathogenesis and repair mechanism of SWD-ALI are not clear,so the treatment is difficult.As the main lung immune system cells and the important part of the lung inflammation environment,alveolar macrophages are considered to be the major barrier to acute lung injury and the important mechanism of lung tissue repair.Wnt/β-catenin pathway is one of the most important pathways,involving in tissue remodeling,cell migration and wound repair.Some studies suggest that alveolar macrophages and Wnt/β-catenin pathway play important roles in the pathogenesis and repair of SW-ALI.This article reviews the related research progress.
