摘    要:目的研究鼠疫菌EV76对达乌尔黄鼠血气各项指标的影响.方法用2亿个EV76菌株加0.25%的硫酸亚铁攻击实验动物8只;设正常对照一组8只.两组动物饲养观察2~7d后分别取动脉血进行血气测试.结果免疫组动脉血pH值极显著低于正常组(P<0.01);Pco2显著高于正常组(P<0.05);Po2极显著低于正常组(P<0.01);K+显著高于正常组(P<0.05).结论鼠疫菌EV76对生物机体血气各项指标影响显著.

Abstract:Objective: The study showed the effect of Y. pestis EV76 on blood gas in Citellus dauricus. Method The mice were divided into two groups. There were eight mice in each of groups. Each mouse of the first group was injected with two hundred million bacterial cells of EV76 and 0. 25% FeSO4. solution. 2-7 days later, to test the blood gas of the each mouse. Results The blood pH and Po2 of the group injected EV76 was lower than common group; the blood Pco2 and serum K+ of the group injected EV76 was higher than common group. Conclusion The effect of Y. pestis EV76 on blood gas in Citellus dauricus is obvious.
