硒对培养心肌细胞缺糖缺氧性损伤的保护

摘    要:于体外缺糖缺氧培养大鼠心肌细胞的培养液中,加入亚硒酸钠(0.22×10~(-6)),观察对缺糖缺氧所致心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。结果显示,硒能够明显减轻其~3H—TdR掺入和SDH活性的降低以及超微结构的损伤性改变,但对细胞膜脂流动性的影响不明显。表明硒对心肌细胞缺糖缺氧性损伤具有较强的保护作用。

Abstract:The injuried model of myocardial cells in culture to oxygen and glucose deprivation, i. e. , "ischemia", have been established, and protective effect of selenium addition on it was investigated. The results showed that the administration of selenium could significantly abate the decline of 3 H-TdR incorporation into DNA(P<0. 01)and succinate dehydrogenase activity,but selenium had only a slight effect on the decrease of cell membrane fluidity in neonatal rat heart cells culture to oxygen and glucose deprivation. Selenium could also improve the distortion of cellular contraction and biomembranous system. These suggested that selenium treatment was effective against the ischemia-induced damage in heart cells culture.
