| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨直肠指检对前列腺增生（BPH）与前列腺癌（PCa)患者血清前列腺特异抗原（PSA）的影响。方法：应用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法，分别于直肠指检前和直肠指检后1d,3d,5d,7d检测BPH组25例与PCa组23例患者的血清FPSA，TPSA及F／T值，结果：两组患者血清FPSA，TPSA及PCa组患者F／T值在直肠指检后1d升高，与直肠指检前比较差别有显著性意义（P＜0．01），3d后各项指标恢复至直肠指检前水平，结论：直肠指检对前列腺增生和前列腺癌患者血清PSA有一定的影响，PSA检测应在直肠指检前或直肠指检3－5d后进行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of digital rectal examination on serum PSA in benign and malignant prostatic diseases Methods The serum FPSA,TPSA and F/T ratio in 25 case of BPH patients and 23 case of PCa patients were measured by means of DELFIA method before and after digital rectal examination Results The levels of serum FPSA and TPSA in both groups and F/T ratio in PCa group increased in the first day after digital rectal examination( P <0 05), decreased to the initial levels in the third day after digital rectal examination Conclusions Digital rectal examination has some influence on serum PSA in BPH and PCa patients and the measurement of PSA should be done before or after digital rectal examination for 3 to 5 days |
