冠状动脉钙化患者的血浆BMP-2水平及其临床意义

目的:研究冠状动脉钙化患者血浆骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)的水平及临床意义。方法:根据冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果将171例患者分3组:正常对照组、冠状动脉狭窄无钙化组,冠状动脉狭窄伴钙化组,比较3组患者BMP-2水平的差异。结果:CAG发现有冠状动脉钙化的患者组BMP-2水平高于正常组及冠状动脉狭窄而无钙化组。结论:BMP-2水平升高可能是动脉钙化标志之一。

Plasma BMP-2 level and its clinical significance in patients with coronary calcification

AIM: To investigate plasma BMP-2 level and its clinical significance in patients with coronary calcification. METHODS: According to the results of coronary angiography (CAG), 171 patients were divided into three groups: control group, stenosis without coronary calcification group, and stenosis with coronary calcification group. Plasma BMP-2 levels were studied and the plasma concentrations of BMP-2 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). RESULTS: Plasma BMP-2 levels in stenosis with coronary calcification group were higher than in the group of stenosis without coronary calcification. CONCLUSION: Elevation of plasma BMP-2 levels can be used as a marker for detection of coronary calcification.
