不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病伴高脂血症的临床疗效观察

目的观察不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病伴高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选择2010年4月—2011年4月我院收治的冠心病伴高脂血症患者50例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀15 mg/d进行治疗,观察组患者给予阿托伐他汀30 mg/d进行治疗,疗程均为2个月。测定治疗前后两组患者TC、LDL-C及HDL-C水平变化,观察治疗期间不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组患者TC、HDL-C及LDL-C水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组患者TC和LDL-C水平低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率为28%,低于对照组的52%(P0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀30 mg/d对冠心病伴高脂血症患者降脂效果优于阿托伐他汀15 mg/d,且不良反应少。

Clinical Effect of Different Doses of Atorvastatin on Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of different doses of Atorvastatin on coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia. Methods From April 2010 to April 2011,50 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia in our hospital were chosen,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 25 cases. Control group given Atorvastatin（15 mg /d）,observation group given Atorvastatin（30 mg /d）,both groups treated for two months. The levels of TC,LDL- C and HDL- C of the two groups were detected before and after treatment,the adverse reactions during treatment were observed. Results There was no significant differences of TC,HDL- C and LDL- C levels between the two groups before treatment（P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the levels of TC and LDL- C of observation group were lower than those of control group（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 28%,was lower than that of control group of 52%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin（30 mg /d） has a better lipid- lowering effect and fewer adverse reactions than Atorvastatin（15 mg /d） on coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.
