| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用奥美拉唑加血凝酶治疗慢性呼吸衰竭并发上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组应用奥美拉唑加血凝酶治疗，对照组使用西咪替丁。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96．67％，高于对照组的63．33％，差异存在显著性，P〈0．01。结论奥美拉唑加血凝酶是治疗慢性呼吸衰竭并发的上消化道出血有效药物之一，副反应小。
