腹膜透析智能评价法在透析充分性评价的应用研究

目的应用腹膜透析充分性的智能评价方法对腹膜透析患者进行透析充分性调查。方法应用参照腹膜透析充分性的智能评价法设计的调查问卷对110例腹膜透析患者进行透析充分性的调查。结果 110份问卷中回收106份,有效调查表100份,无效6份,失访率为3.64%,无效率为5.66%。100例腹膜透析患者中总临床症状平均值落在临界充分水平上,KT/V和Ccr的平均值落在充分水平上,综合营养总值的平均值落在轻中度营养不良至营养良好之间的水平上。医疗付费方式与总KT/V相关,医疗支付方式与总KT/V的相关系数B值为0.312,P=0.240。透析月与总临床指标分值负相关,其相关系数为-0.085,P〈0.01。结论腹膜透析智能评价方法在评价腹膜透析充分性上简单易行,可以在实际中推广应用。

The application research of peritoneal dialysis intelligent evaluation method in evaluating dialysis adequacy

Objective To survey dialysis adequacy in peritoneal dialysis by using peritoneal dialysis intelligent evaluation method.Methods The reference to the adequacy of peritoneal dialysis intelligent evaluation method of questionnaire survey were applied to 110 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients′ dialysis adequacy.Results 110 questionnaires reclaimed 106,effective 100,invalid 6,lost rate 3.64%,and inefficiency rate 5.66%.The average scores of 100 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients clinical symptoms were on the critical full level,the average value of KT/V and Ccr fell on the full level,the average of integrated nutrition total value were in mild/moderate malnutrition and well-nourished levels.Medical payment was related to the total KT/V,and the correlation coefficient was B=0.312,P=0.24.Months of dialysis was negatively correlated with total clinical index score,and the correlation coefficient was-0.085,P<0.01.Conclusion In the evaluation of peritoneal dialysis adequacy,peritoneal dialysis intelligent evaluation method is simple and easy to promote the application in practice.
