硫普罗宁对晚期结直肠癌患者FOLFOX4方案化疗效果的影响

目的探讨硫普罗宁在晚期直肠癌FOLFOX4方案化疗中的临床应用价值。方法将60例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗;观察组患者在应用FOLFOX4方案化疗的同时静滴硫普罗宁治疗。观察比较两组的疗效和毒副反应。结果观察组患者的近期疗效略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者肝功能损害和中性粒细胞减少程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论硫普罗宁能减轻晚期结直肠癌患者化疗所致的肝功能损害和中性粒细胞减少,但不能明显提高化疗的近期疗效。

Influence of tiopronin combined with FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy in patients with late-stage colorectal cancer

Objective To observe the efficacy of tiopronin combined with FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy in patients with late-stage colorectal cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each. The observation group was treated with tiopronin combined with FOLFOX4 regimen,while the control group was treated with FOLFOX4 regimen alone. The curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were determined. Results The recent curative effect in the treatment group is slightly better than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The treatment group had lesser degree of liver function damage and neutropenia than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Tiopronin is effective in the prevention of the hepatotoxicity and leucopenia caused by the chemotherapy in patients with late-stage colorectal cancer,but fail to improve the recent curative effect of chemotherapy.
