显微镜下多血管炎6例分析

目的 :探讨显微镜下多血管炎 (MPA)常见的临床表现、实验室检查的特点 ,分析经常发生误诊误治的原因及避免方法。方法 :回顾性分析 1998年以来我中心收治的 6例MPA患者的临床表现、实验室及病理检查、治疗及目前情况。结果 :6例患者中有 5例表现为急进性肾炎综合征 ,5例出现发热 ,2例出现咯血 ,P ANCA 3例 (+) ,均有不同程度的贫血。结论 :MPA临床上经常以急进性肾炎综合征起病 ,而且常伴全身多系统损害特别是肺部损害 ,是否得到及时有效的治疗往往大大影响患者的预后。

Analysis of 6 Cases with Microscopic Polyangitis

Objective: To study the characteristics of the clinical manifestation and laboratory findings of microscopic polyangitis (MPA). To analyse the possible causes of misdiagnosis and failure of management. Methods: 6 patients (5 males and 1 female) diagnosed as MPA through clinical manifestation and biopsy were retrospectively analysed. Results: 5 cases began with symptoms of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis, 5 cases had fever, 2 experienced hemoptysis, P-ANCA was positive in 3 of 6 patients and all were anemia. Conclusion: MPA is often found in patients with the presentation of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis and often associated with systemic damages, especially pulmonary lesions. Wheather the patient receive effective treatment in time would affect the prognosis of the disease.
