| 摘 要： | 目的了解阜康市全球疫苗免疫联盟（GAVI）项目的进展情况,分析阜康市项目实施至2007年6月以来,4年的乙肝疫苗的免疫接种情况。方法收集阜康市各乡、镇、厂矿、办事处常规免疫接种月报表。结果GAVI项目实施4年来,乙肝疫苗接种率年间有显著性差异;全程接种率也有统计学差异（χ^2=38.26,P〈0.05）,4年的GAVI项目及时接种率分别为88.3%,91.4%,92.9%和94.9%,经分析无显著统计学差异（χ^2=1.88,P〉0.05）。结论根据4年HepB3全程接种、HepB1、HepB2、儿童免疫接种率,可知免疫接种率有逐年提高的趋势,而提高新生儿及时接种率是关键。
