摘    要:测定并分析了新疆4种伊蚊和2种按蚊的rDNA-ITS2区序列,新疆伊蚊、刺扰伊蚊ITS2区长度分别为231bp-256bp、250bp或253bp,其克隆间、种内序列差异分别为0.3-4.3%、0.8%-1.4%,里海伊蚊与长刀伊蚊的长度为330bp、251bp,种内序列无差异;4种伊蚊种间序列差异明显大于种内差异水平,为12.3%-33.5%;赫坎按蚊和米赛按蚊的ITS2区序列长度分别为463bp、311bp,种内个体间无差异。而种间的差异为30.8%,结果显示rDNA-ITS2区序列差异,为形态上易混淆蚊种提供了有意义的分子监别特征。

Abstract:The ribosomal DNA second internal transcribed spacer of four aedine and two anopheline mosquitoes in Xinjiang was sequenced and analysed. The length and intraspecific variation of rD- NA-ITS2 region were 231bp~256bp, 0.3%~4.3% in Aedes sinkiangensis, 250bp or 253bp, 0.8% ~1.4% in Aedes vexans, respectively. The length was 330bp in Aedes caspius, 251bp in Aedes longifilamentus, and the sequences among clones and individuals were the same. The level of interspecific variation among four species of aedine mosquitoes was 12.3%~33.5%, more than the intraspecific. The ITS2 region of Anopheles hyrcanus and An. messeae were 463bp and 311bp in length, 30.8% in sequence variation between them. The sequence differences of rDNA-ITS2 region were the foundation of molecular identification for confusable species.
