| 摘 要： | 目的分析心肌致密化不全患者心电图及临床特点。方法4例患者经超声心动图诊断为心肌致密化不全，描记心电图并进行分析。结果4例患者均有程度不等的心功能不全，心电图记录到频发PVC、VT、VF，AF等心律失常及ST-T改变。结论心肌致密化不全是一种少见的先天性心肌病，以心脏扩大、心力衰竭及室性心律失常等为主要临床特点，心电图及超声心动图具有一定的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective Analyze the electrocardiographic and clinical the characteristics of patients with noncom-paction of ventricular myocardium(NVM).Methods Four patients were diagnosed NVM,their electrocardiogram were recorded.Results Different extent of heart failure and multiple kinds of arrhythmia and ST-T changes were found in 3 patients.Conclusion NVM is a rare congenital heart disease,heart failiure and ventricular arrhythmia and enlargement of the whole heart were main characteristics,ECG and UCG are helpful to diagnosis of NVM. |
